Tate is an experienced Administrative Assistant with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. With a solid background in HR and administration, Tate brings a keen eye for organization, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities to his role.
The most important aspect of any job is getting to help people and make their lives better.
Before joining A-T, Tate served as an HR Manager at Home Depot and Georgia Pacific, where he excelled in guiding work priorities, managing budgets and staffing, and overseeing compensation and benefits. He also handled onboarding processes, including administering pay, benefits, and leave for new hires.
Outside of work, Tate is an avid traveler who enjoys discovering new destinations both within the United States and abroad. Whether lounging by the pool in Mexico or exploring the bustling streets of Tokyo, he loves immersing himself in new experiences. However, his favorite way to unwind is spending quality time at home with his wife, dog, and two cats.
