As a UX Project Manager, Becca drives project outcomes through leading experienced research, accessibility, content, training, and design teams. She understands that the road to a strong partnership is through building rapport, trust, and producing results.

By utilizing her master's degree in project management, she performs risk assessments, leads problem solving conversations, tracks schedules & budgets, regularly evaluates scopes, and collaborates with project leads to identify resourcing needs. Whilst delivering a project on-time and within budget is important, she also understands that training client teams to learn the skills needed to maintain improvements we implement is how we make them successful.

When she's not working, Becca can be found involved in numerous activities such as spending time with her baby, partner, and two dogs, volunteering at an animal rescue organization, and playing video games or D&D (5e)
