Renee was introduced to accessibility in technology at an early age when her grandfather lost his vision and she’s been passionate about it ever since. Her work at Anthro-Tech centers around research, including user and usability testing. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Writing Studies from The University of Washington Tacoma, and plans to start working toward her Masters degree next year.
Outside of work, Renee enjoys movies and reading (particularly science fiction and horror), writing poetry and creative nonfiction, eating French fries, and spending time with her two cats, Zeus and Tauntaun. She and her husband, Matt, love all their Seattle sports teams and everything about living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
