Anthro-Tech's Suzanne Boyd and Alexis Church hosted an interactive workshop with the Oregon Agile Community of Practice to help Oregon State agencies transform their approach to service delivery.

Attendees explored human-centered design through real-world case studies of successful government innovation and engaged in interactive exercises, including usability testing, prototyping, and even an origami challenge, all aimed at fostering customer-centric thinking.

Participants walked away with valuable tools to:

  • Reduce inefficiencies by streamlining processes, helping customers self-serve, and training your team.
  • Improve customer experiences by designing services to be intuitive and meet their needs.
  • Save time and costs by identifying issues early, preventing costly rework, and making more informed decisions.

By the end of the workshop, they were equipped with actionable strategies and practical tools to drive meaningful change in their agencies—creating public services that truly work for the people they serve.
