Anthro-Tech’s Founder and CEO, Suzanne Boyd is the proud recipient of FedHealthIT and G2Xchange’s Women in Leadership: Impact Award. This award recognizes and celebrates women guiding, mentoring, and driving the Federal IT industry through their impactful leadership; driving technology and business transformation and modernizations; and/or driving efforts to initiate the next positive disruption that will truly change how Federal agencies support their mission. Honorees were selected by a panel of current and former Government and Industry leaders from across the Federal IT sector.
As a trusted advisor for changemakers across the federal government, Suzanne champions Human-Centered Design (HCD) projects and demonstrates the impact of putting the people that the government serves at the center of everything they do.
By involving customers in the design process every step of the way, she creates solutions that are usable, useful, accessible, and make a positive impact on people’s everyday lives. She helps government agencies fulfill their mission by creating services that are more efficient to use – effectively, building trust in government.
Suzanne has a proven track record in successfully positioning Human-Centered Design as a catalyst for delivering better customer experiences and transforming government to put people at the center of service delivery.
Suzanne works with federal agency stakeholders and leadership to leave a legacy of HCD, even after project closeout. She helps organizations set a clear vision for customer experience and equitable service delivery. By advocating for HCD, creating champions, and transforming design and development processes that consider the human experience, Suzanne and her team have successfully changed the way dozens of government agencies engage with its constituents.
About the Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership Conference
2022 marks the 5th Annual Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership Conference and Award Ceremony taking place on November 1, 2022, at the National Press Club in Washington D.C.
