The Davey Awards are the largest and most prestigious awards competition exclusively for the “Davids” (i.e. David and Goliath) of creativity. It is an international award focused on honoring outstanding creative work from the best small agencies from across the world.

Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) Website Redesign – Prioritizing Accessibility for Enhanced Service Delivery

Since its inception, DOL has played a vital role in serving Washington's community. DOL, collaborating with Anthro-Tech and WaTech, undertook a journey to modernize its digital presence. This initiative involved conducting data-driven research to design user personas, performing UX research to shape a user-centered website structure, improving and reducing content, engaging in iterative design and usability testing, and providing training, mentoring, and organizational change management for the DOL team.

The redesigned website, launched in 2023, demonstrates DOL's commitment to inclusivity, involving over 800 customers in a Human-Centered Design process. The focus on accessibility and usability aligns with DOL's mission to offer efficient, accessible, and customer-friendly services. The impact of this collaborative effort resonates, empowering both DOL and the community it serves.

Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) Website Redesign - Improving Voters’ Access to Financial Disclosure Data

PDC, committed to enhancing transparency in campaign finance, faced challenges with user navigation on its website. Anthro-Tech spearheaded a comprehensive redesign, addressing issues in content structure and accessibility. The collaboration prioritized refining the website's organization, implementing customer-friendly solutions, and optimizing accessibility. Through meticulous planning, iterative design, and inclusive practices, Anthro-Tech transformed the PDC website into a seamlessly navigable, content-rich platform.
