Serena is a seasoned project management professional experienced in helping cross-functional teams complete large-scale transformations in complex environments. She has spent most of her career managing projects and programs of all sizes with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. She is passionate about building inclusive and high-performing teams and driven by opportunities to deliver impactful outcomes.
At Anthro-Tech, Serena is responsible for managing and scaling our rolling research services to help clients uncover ongoing user experience research insights following a nimble, repeatable, and effective approach. Serena has a blend of creative and analytical skills that allow her to collaborative effectively with Anthro-Tech’s researchers and our client teams. She is passionate about making an impact, is flexible, detail-oriented and an effective communicator who can find ways around roadblocks.
Outside of work, you’ll find Serena spending most of her time listening to podcasts, dancing, and hiking with her dog.
First creative memory
The apartment we lived in when I was in elementary school was filled with ants. They got into our food, water, and just generally paraded around the walls all day and all night.
