Naomi Thalenberg

Content Strategist

Naomi loves helping organizations create content that is more useful, meaningful, inclusive, and accessible. Whether she's working on a content strategy plan or sharing best practices, she takes a collaborative approach to connect the right people with the right knowledge and resources.

Naomi's been practicing content strategy well before she knew there was a name for it, working as a content and brand manager across startups, education, nonprofit, and technology organizations. She holds a Master of Communication in Digital Media from the University of Washington, where she learned how to combine user research methodologies with content governance.

Our team is always ready to roll up our sleeves and problem solve. I love partnering with clients to ensure their products and services are as human-centered, useful, and accessible as possible.

Growing up in an international family and being an immigrant to the U.S., Naomi always knew she wanted to be part of social impact through language and storytelling. After spending years writing and editing communications for myriad global audiences, Naomi quickly learned the importance of using plain text and clear language to make a difference.

She is passionate about bringing diversity of people and backgrounds into every industry and is committed to continuously growing and learning to be a more inclusive communicator. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the many peaks and rocks in the Pacific Northwest and going on "urban hikes" in Seattle (with many stops at local bakeries along the way).
