Naomi’s sweet spot is designing for the greater good. From designing data visualization platforms that help decision makers
expand financial services access in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia to designing interactive maps that allow on-theground
relief services to map disasters in real time, Naomi leverages a user-centered design approach to solve for users and
Naomi guides the end-to-end creative process that starts with discovery, and ends with development integration. She is an
experienced creative manager who excels at motivating cross-functional, diverse teams around a shared strategic vision of
designing and building products from the users’ perspective.
When not connecting with clients, Naomi is hanging out with her husband and two girls, gallery hopping, checking out the
latest and greatest in the art and design world, and working on her Krav Maga skills at the gym.
Work of which you're most proud
I have been very fortunate to work for amazing clients in the NGO world, who focus their work and effort on making the world a
better place for people who are less fortunate. Being able to be part of that has been the most rewarding.

I've been listening to podcasts from this young designer Jared Erondu, who's an absolute genius. I also enjoy listening to
This changes all the time but for the last couple of years I've been focusing on a few amazing African American artists such as
Kara Walker, Kehinde Wiley, Kerry James Marshall and Barkley L. Hendricks.
What you ultimately want to accomplish
Professionally speaking, I want to continue to consciously and unapologetically surround myself by a diverse group of people.
I truly believe that being intentional about making sure that the decision-making table is filled with a diverse group of people
will bring optimal quality of work.
