Inspiring positive organizational change by understanding and empathizing with users is what truly motivates Austin in her role as a UX Researcher at Anthro-Tech.

Her passionate interest in human behavior led her to complete a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San
Francisco and a Master's in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics.

Austin's previous work includes three years at 2CV, a commercial research agency in London, where she worked as part of
the Social Practice team for clients including UNICEF, Public Health England, and Transport for London, specializing in
survey methodology and digital research tools.

Austin's love for people and culture has inspired her to live and travel in a variety of countries across Europe, Asia, and Latin
America. Travel highlights include watching the sunrise from the top of Mount Fuji and studying yoga in an ashram in
Rishikesh, India.

When she's not working on user-centered design projects or traveling, Austin enjoys exploring Washington's national parks,
making kimchi, and sampling craft beer.
