Aesha received her bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in Bangalore, India. Her love for problem-solving led her to user-centered design and a position as Project Manager with Cybersurf, India. There she led several high-profile projects for government, nonprofit, corporate and academic clients. 

Aesha delivers meaningful digital experiences by combining analytical and creative thinking. Her work spans multiple consulting engagements including strategy, process optimization, systems transformation, and web-based end-to-end development projects. Her love for owning every part of a typical project led her to attain a Masters in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Aesha returned to UX with the desire to make digital interactions simple and intuitive. She is passionate about working with people and businesses to help make the complex simple and the simple compelling.

When Aesha isn’t bringing her project management and design background to Anthro-Tech, she is often found creating gastronomic magic in the kitchen. She loves reading and on the rare sunny days, she can be found running around Green Lake.
